Not because we ask nicely. A base can only be raided while its owner is online — log off and it goes cold. Get hit, survive the fight, and a shield comes up once the shooting stops. Raids run on a clock. Nobody takes apart your week while you're asleep.

Attacking costs something too. Bullets don't scratch walls here — explosives are the only way through, so a raid is an operation you plan and pay for, not something you do on the way past. Players below a certain level can't raid or be raided at all, and a veteran's damage falls off sharply against someone far beneath them. You won't be farmed on your first night.

None of this is a plugin we downloaded. It was written for this server, and it shows in the small stuff:

- Grappling hooks and air-dash gear don't work in PvP. You started the fight, you're in it.
- Tools got nerfed too. There was a version of this game where a pickaxe out-damaged a rifle.
- Throw your body at someone often enough and the server starts charging you for it.
- Days run long here. Night is a real part of the day, not a gap between them.
